🎪 KIDS ZONE
– Directing guests and managing the flow of the kids area
– Staffing and supervising the bounce houses
🎈 BALLOON CREW
This role is more physically demanding and requires the ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time. Duties include:
– Helping set up the balloons
– Holding the envelope while it inflates
– Helping stand the balloon upright
– Holding ropes during flight
– Possibly following the pilot in a chase car
– Helping wrap everything up and put it away after the flight
🎈 TETHER BALLOON
– Holding ropes during tethered rides
– Helping guests in and out of the basket
